1. Acceptance

By adding Zextra to a server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you’re accepting them for a server you manage, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Accounts

Zextra uses your Discord account for access. You’re responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, and for what happens under your account.

3. Using Zextra

You may use Zextra to run support on Discord servers you manage. You’re responsible for the configuration you build and for following Discord’s terms of service.

• Don’t use Zextra for spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the service.
• Don’t use the bot to bypass Discord moderation tools or protections.

4. Subscriptions

The free plan is free forever. Paid plans charge per month as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Annual plans are billed once per year. We don’t store your payment details on our servers.

6. User content

Tickets, panels, and configurations you create belong to you. We process them only to run the service, and we make them exportable and deletable on request.

7. Termination

You can remove Zextra from any server at any time. We may suspend access in rare cases to investigate abuse or security incidents, usually with notice, and only where we believe it’s necessary.

8. Disclaimers

Zextra is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every outcome is error-free.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zextra’s total liability for claims arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
